She is a Certified Dental Assistant (CDA), and is dedicated to making your visit comfortable and enjoyable.
Beth Gay

Be confident every call to and from Beth will be pleasant and efficiently professional. Expect to be well taken care of during each and every visit at our office. She is well versed in the many procedures available at Northwood Dental and can help with the insurance and payment questions that you may have.
Her experience includes working in our office as our laboratory liaison and assistant receptionist since late 2008. Beth is a Certified Lab Technician (CDT). She worked at Baker Dental Laboratory in Traverse City for 10 years where she created porcelain restorations.

As a Hygienist, Jessica makes sure Northwood Dental patients get the care they need. Jessica's friendly and gentle personality keeps a smile on our patients' faces.
You can count on her to take time out during each and every visit to personally educate you on your oral health.
Johanna Novak
Johanna Novak
Johanna serves our patients in several roles. She has worked with Dr. Klym and Northwood Dental for over nine years as a Dental Assistant and is now our Office Manager.
Her background and personality gives her the unique ability to anticipate the needs of both our patients and our office. Johanna's emphasis on attention to detail assures that your experience will take place in a warm and caring environment.
Johanna and her husband Bob have been happily married for the past 17 years, and live in Cedar, Michigan with their two boys, Austin and Aaron.
