Met or talked with Beth before? Already know she is our new receptionist? Either way, we want you to know her skills, knowledge and personality will improve your experience at our office.
Be confident every call to and from Beth will be pleasant and efficiently professional. Expect to be well taken care of during each and every visit at our office. She is well versed in the many procedures available at Northwood Dental and can help with the insurance and payment questions that you may have.
Her experience includes six months in our office as our laboratory liaison and assistant receptionist. Beth is a Certified Lab Technician (CDT). She worked at Baker Dental Laboratory in Traverse City for 10 years where she created porcelain restorations.
