Dr. Klym and Jessica Compete in East Jordan Triathlon

Healthy smiles were flashing in the summer sun as well as dashing by on June 26th, when Northwood Dental hygienist Jessica Mason and dentist Dr. Brian Klym joined over 110 athletes in the East Jordan Triathlon in East Jordan, Michigan.

The triathlon consisted of a 1/3-mile swim, a 20-mile bike, and a 3-mile run. Both Dr. Klym and Jessica made us proud, with Jessica finishing in 58th place overall and Dr. Klym placing in 4th overall.

Jessica’s strongest event was running, and Dr. Klym’s strongest was biking, in which he finished in 2nd place! More on our team’s results: 3Disciplines.com.

On July 10-11, both will compete in Inter-Rockin, a two-day event that takes place at Interlochen State Park in Interlochen, Michigan. For more information about this upcoming event, click here.
